Receipt Issuance and Web Receipt Service Guide
This page provides information on how to obtain receipts and how to use our Web Receipt Service.
Eligible Purchases
Receipts are available for tickets and services purchased through the following channels:
- ORC Website
- ORC Reservation Center
- ANA Domestic Airport Counters
Important Notes
- Receipts cannot be reissued. Please retain your receipt carefully.
- If payment was made at a convenience store, a payment confirmation document will be issued by the store at the time of purchase.
- Receipts compliant with the Japanese Consumption Tax Invoice System (適格請求書) are available through the Web Receipt Service.
- Receipts for fees (rebooking fees, cancellation fees) cannot be issued via the ORC Website. Please contact the ORC Reservation Center for assistance.
Purchases Requiring Contact with the Point of Sale
Please contact the original point of purchase directly for receipts in the following cases:
- Tickets purchased through a travel agency or any channel other than ORC’s own sales outlets
- Interline tickets issued by other carriers
- Domestic tour packages
Issuance Methods and Validity Periods
Receipts may be obtained either at the airport counter or online via our Web Receipt Service. Validity periods and issuance limits vary by method — please review the details below.
Web Receipt Service
Availability Period
From the date of purchase through 90 days after the departure date of the final segment of your itinerary.
How to Access
- Select the “Receipt” button on the ORC Website.
- Receipts are displayed on a per-passenger basis.
- You may choose whether to display an itemized breakdown.
Cases Where the Web Receipt Service Is Not Available
- Rebooking fees or cancellation fees
- Total ticket amount including any fare difference after an itinerary change
- Original ticket amount prior to an itinerary change
* If your itinerary has been changed, a receipt can be issued for the additional charge only. - Tickets purchased through a travel agency (please contact the agency directly)
- Tickets issued by other carriers (please contact the issuing airline directly)
