Receipt

Receipts are available for tickets and services purchased through the following channels:

  • ORC Website
  • ORC Reservation Center
  • ANA Domestic Airport Counters

Important Notes

  • Receipts cannot be reissued. Please retain your receipt carefully.
  • If payment was made at a convenience store, a payment confirmation document will be issued by the store at the time of purchase.
  • Receipts compliant with the Japanese Consumption Tax Invoice System (適格請求書) are available through the Web Receipt Service.
  • Receipts for fees (rebooking fees, cancellation fees) cannot be issued via the ORC Website. Please contact the ORC Reservation Center for assistance.

Purchases Requiring Contact with the Point of Sale

Please contact the original point of purchase directly for receipts in the following cases:

  • Tickets purchased through a travel agency or any channel other than ORC’s own sales outlets
  • Interline tickets issued by other carriers
  • Domestic tour packages

Issuance Methods and Validity Periods

Receipts may be obtained either at the airport counter or online via our Web Receipt Service. Validity periods and issuance limits vary by method — please review the details below.

Web Receipt Service

Availability Period

From the date of purchase through 90 days after the departure date of the final segment of your itinerary.

How to Access

  • Select the “Receipt” button on the ORC Website.
  • Receipts are displayed on a per-passenger basis.
  • You may choose whether to display an itemized breakdown.

Cases Where the Web Receipt Service Is Not Available

  • Rebooking fees or cancellation fees
  • Total ticket amount including any fare difference after an itinerary change
  • Original ticket amount prior to an itinerary change
    * If your itinerary has been changed, a receipt can be issued for the additional charge only.
  • Tickets purchased through a travel agency (please contact the agency directly)
  • Tickets issued by other carriers (please contact the issuing airline directly)

For any other cases where the Web Receipt Service is unavailable, please contact the ORC Reservation Center.

Boarding Certificates

After your flight, you can issue a Boarding Certificate.

Important Notice

System migration notice: ORC will be migrating its reservation system on a rolling basis across airports from May 19 to June 9, 2026 (scheduled). Boarding Certificates will become available at your departure airport once the system migration is complete. Please refer to your travel date and departure airport to confirm the system status at your airport. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Eligibility and Issuance Period

Boarding Certificates are available for tickets purchased through the Oriental Air Bridge website, airport counters, or the Reservation Center (e-tickets only).
Certificates may be issued within 12 months of your travel date.
Please note: For flights taken on or before May 18, 2026, please contact the Reservation Center directly to request your certificate.

How to Obtain

You may request a Boarding Certificate through any of the following:

  • The Oriental Air Bridge website
  • An airport counter
  • The Reservation Center

Please have the following information ready before submitting your request:

  • Date of travel
  • Flight number
  • Departure airport
  • Ticket number
  • Passenger name

Important Notes

  • Boarding Certificates are issued on a per passenger, per flight basis and are limited to the requesting passenger only. Certificates cannot be issued for multiple passengers or multiple flights in a single request.
  • Boarding Certificates may not be available for group bookings and certain other itineraries.
  • For travel confirmation requests outside the 12-month issuance period, or when the travel date or flight number cannot be identified, please contact the Reservation Center.
  • Boarding Certificates are issued after your flight has been completed. It may take some time for your flight information to be updated in the system. If your certificate is not yet available, please wait a moment and try again.
