This is an explanation of how to make a reservation, the start date of reception, and the handling of airline tickets.
About the reservation window
Internet
You can inquire and make reservations for seats available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
The maximum number of available reservation at a time is up to 6 passengers and 4 flights.
Phone
Reservations are available 24/7.
Telephone charges are not free.
Airport counters
Reservations can be made at ANA counters nationwide.
In addition to manned counters, automatic check-in terminals are also available.
ORC outsources airport counter operations to ANA staff.
Travel agencies
Reservations can be made at ANA travel agencies nationwide.
About the reservation start date
Reservations can be made up to 20 minutes prior to departure time.

About the purchase deadline
Payment must be made within 3 days, including the reservation date. (Some fares have a short purchase deadline)
If payment cannot be confirmed by the purchase deadline date, it will be automatically canceled.
About the handling of the purchase ticket
- The name of the ticket cannot be changed.
- Tickets cannot be transferred to third parties. Tickets are not allowed to use other than ticker holder.
- If the passenger changes, it is necessary to purchase a new ticket after a refund.
- Please use the ticket according to the route on the ticket surface.
- If you are late for a reserved flight, you will not be allowed to change to another flight for tickets that have not been canceled in advance, so a refund procedure will be required.
【Expiration Date】
- The reserved ticket —- valid only for the reserved flight.
- Tickets without reservations —- valid for one year (*2) from the date of issuance (*1) and the following day.
- When purchased at the Internet reservation information center, the issue date will be “the date on which the credit card was settled” or “the date on which ORC confirmed the payment”.
