1. Payment

After selecting “Seven-Eleven,” a payment slip will be displayed on screen. Please print the slip* or save the screen on your tablet or smartphone and bring it to the store.

If you are unable to print, please note your Payment Reference Number (13 digits) and present it at the register.
Please complete payment at your nearest Seven-Eleven by the due date printed on the payment slip or displayed on screen.

If you are using smartphone, please inform the cashier of your payment slip number.
After payment, please retain your Internet Shopping Payment Receipt (Customer Copy).

A receipt will be issued as proof of payment when paying at a convenience store. If you require a receipt compliant with the Invoice (Qualified Invoice) System, please use the “Receipt” button on our homepage.

Payment may be made by a person other than the passenger(s).

1. Payment

Follow the on-screen instructions to issue an application slip, then bring it to the cashier within 30 minutes to complete payment. Please retain your Payment Receipt or Receipt (receipt format) after payment.

Please ensure payment is completed by the ticket purchase deadline, regardless of the application slip’s validity period (30 minutes from issuance).

A receipt will be issued as proof of payment when paying at a convenience store. If you require a receipt compliant with the Invoice System, please use the “Receipt” button on our homepage.

Payment may be made by a person other than the passenger(s).

Please note that reservation changes cannot be made at in-store terminals. Please make any changes before visiting the store.

Reservations on waitlists or tour bookings cannot be processed at convenience stores.

Lawson / Ministop — “Loppi” Terminal Instructions
  1. Press the “Various Services Menu” button on the Loppi terminal.
  2. Press “④ Various Payments / Internet Reservations~”.
  3. Press “Various Bill Payment” or “Payment for Pre-booked Airline Tickets / Highway Bus Tickets”.
  4. Press “Airline Ticket Payment — ORC”.
  5. Enter the required information and proceed to the next screen.

    For travel on or after May 19, 2026:

    Enter the airline code (ORC) and flight number (2 digits). (Example: Flight ORC41 → ORC41)

  6. Enter the required information and proceed to the next screen.

    For travel on or after May 19, 2026:

    Enter the Payment Reference Number (11 digits) obtained at the time of booking. (Example: 12345678910)

  7. Confirm the information displayed and proceed; your application slip will be issued.
  8. Please complete payment at the cashier within 30 minutes and retain your payment receipt.
FamilyMart — Multi-Copy Machine Instructions
  1. Press “Bill Payment (Pay at convenience store)” on the multi-copy machine screen.
  2. Select “Enter a Number.”
  3. Enter the required information and proceed to the next screen.

    For travel on or after May 19, 2026:

    Enter the airline code (ORC) and flight number (2 digits). (Example: Flight ORC41 → ORC41)

  4. Enter the required information and proceed to the next screen.

    For travel on or after May 19, 2026:

    Enter the Payment Reference Number (11 digits) obtained at the time of booking. (Example: 12345678910)

  5. Confirm the information displayed and proceed; your application slip will be issued.
  6. Please complete payment at the cashier within 30 minutes and retain your receipt.
Daily Yamazaki / Yamazaki Daily Store

1. Payment

Please print or note your online payment reference number and present it at the cashier.

  1. Inform the cashier that you wish to make an “online payment.”
  2. Enter your online payment reference number (11 digits, without hyphens) on the touchscreen keypad.
  3. Confirm the payment details and press “Confirm.”
  4. Complete payment and be sure to retain your receipt.

*Please note that the following reservations cannot be processed:

– Reservations for which another payment method has already been selected

– Reservations that include a waitlist

– Tour package reservations

Pay-easy ATM Payment

General Information

Receipts are available on the ORC website.

Step 1 — Book your flight on the ORC Website

When booking on the ORC website, please select “Pay via Pay-easy.” On-screen instructions will guide you through the information required at the ATM. For your convenience, we recommend printing the screen before visiting the ATM.

Step 2 — Pay at a Bank or Japan Post ATM

Please follow the on-screen instructions at any Pay-easy–compatible ATM at the following financial institutions: Mizuho Bank*, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation*, MUFG Bank*, Resona Bank, or Japan Post Bank.

Step 3 — Receive your e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt (PDF) by email

Upon completion of purchase, your e-Ticket Itinerary Receipt will be sent immediately as a PDF email attachment.

For check-in, please use our online check-in service.

How to Apply

Pay-easy–compatible ATMs at Mizuho Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, MUFG Bank, Resona Bank, and Japan Post Bank.

Payment

Please note that the payment deadline may differ from the ticket payment deadline for certain fare types. Complete payment by the deadline shown on screen.

Changes after payment

Changes may be made through the ORC website or by contacting the ORC Reservation Center.

Cancellation

Cancellations may be processed via the “Cancel” function on the ORC website or through the ORC Reservation Center. Refunds will be credited to your designated bank account. Please note that transfer fees for refunds are the responsibility of the passenger.

A cancellation fee will apply.

Other Notes

This payment method may not be available for certain fare types.

Cash payments exceeding JPY 100,000 cannot be accepted.

Due to application deadlines, convenience store payment may not be available for certain itineraries.
