This is an explanation of the flow and the series of procedures from reservation and payment to boarding.

1. Reservations

You can inquire and make reservations for seats available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Reservations are available 24/7.

Airport counters

Reservations can be made at ANA counters nationwide.

Travel agencies

Reservations can be made at ANA travel agencies nationwide.

Please note

The following transit times are required for connecting flights.

ORC flights, ANA flights, SNA flights: 20 minutes or more
JAL Group flights*, SFJ flights: 30 minutes or more
*JAL Group flights are JAL/JTA/JAC/RAC.

Please keep your reservation number to show at check-in.

* Reservation number must be presented at check-in.

Payment must be made within 3 days, including the reservation date.

* Reservations will be automatically canceled after the purchase deadline.
* There is a fare with a short purchase deadline.
